Well, Tom, I just got my new power supply and the 590 all hooked up and 
heard the first sounds out of the radio!
Boy, do I have a lot to learn!
I have tuned around the bands a bit and the receiver sounds good.
I hope you get yours soon!
Yes, I will elect you president of the 590 club; how about it?
