Appeal the decision Butch, get a lawyer if necessary.  Somebody might not 
have the right information.  Their is a lot here that isn't our business.
1.  Was your wife disabled?  2.  Was she also drawing ssdi?  3.  On who's 
account?
Social Security decisions I was told can be appealed on two grounds.
1.  You didn't know, 2. You have no way to repay.
