Thank you so much to everyone who answered my question about tortilla chips at Moe's and also sent contact information. I contacted Ashlea at Moe's who confirmed that the tortilla chips get contaminated when they fry the flour tortilla salad bowls in the same oil at the corn chips but the chips themselves do not have any flour added as a non sticking agent. She also said that they are working on coming out with individual packages of gluten free tortilla chips in the future that are not contaminated for people on the gluten free diet.
