Dear Listmates,

For several years I have forwarded posted inquiries about Disney World to a contact person who has responded promptly to requests for information. I would like to share the following information I just received and thank Brenda for always being so responsive.  "Everything goes to a generic mailbox now, [log in to unmask] and there are several Cast Members working on them now.  We get anywhere from 200 – 400 requests a day and needed to expand.  They took away the single person contact to avoid confusion when someone calls in or transfers".
