I sent Red Lobster an email a month ago asking about gluten free items on  
their menu.  They sent me a list of what was available at that time.   Now I 
have received a very nice email from them saying that they have developed  
a gluten free menu which is available from your server at restaurants in the 
 U.S.   They anticipate having a gluten free menu for their Canada  
locations by Spring of 2011.  In the meantime, if you want to see the GF  menu, the

I am very appreciative of Red Lobster's efforts to accommodate us.   And I
