Thanks to everyone who took the time to answer my question..."Is gram flour
GF?" Most everyone quoted from wikipedia that it is ground chickpeas.
However, two or three people mentioned that such a mention of a flour
spelled as it was leaves one wondering if the cookbook author meant "graham"
flour. This was my problem. [Why not just say, chickpea flour?] There was no
note or explanation in the book that the author meant chickpea flour. If the
author meant graham, then according to one response, "Graham is half way
between white and whole wheat and has some bran in it and maybe some germ."

I'll have to take another look at the cookbook and see if I can discern just
what the author intended.

Thanks, again!!

Cheers ~~ Ayn, Kansas
