My 22 year old daughter (celiac) is checking out culinary schools in the USA as this is her preference at this point.  

  1.. She would like to know of any personal recommendations based off of experience as a celiac. 
  2.. She would also like to speak to others who have attended any of the USA culinary schools as a celiac. 
  3.. She would like to speak to anyone who has attended any of the gluten-free baking classes around the states.
She is in good comm. with the top culinary schools at this point and visiting them. She does not need school references.
