Just enjoyed a yummy dinner at the Keg Steakhouse and Bar in Kirkland, WA.  They have a gluten-free menu, along with an informed and helpful staff.  Apparently the Keg has many locations in Canada, and in the US they have restaurants in Arizona, Colorado, Texas and Washington.  I don't know if all locations have gf menus.  I have no connection to the restaurant - just wanted to share another option for a nice dinner out!
