Caesar's Pasta has added gluten-free and
dairy-free potato and spinich-potato gnocchi to
its line of frozen pasta products. They also have
four glutem-free rice pasta meals.
Earth Café has gluten-free dairy-free cheesecake
that is sold frozen in select stores.
Fabe's All Natural Bakery in Salinas, CA has
gluten free pies and cakes, plus lots of regular
gluten laden items. Gluten free products are
heavily sweetened with palm sugar, and high
fructose chicory syrup and/or sorghum syrup. No
apparent dedicated gluten-free facility.
Available in many Whole Foods and other health food stores.
Le Garden Bakery in Lansing, NY makes
all-natural, European style breads free of the
following: gluten, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts,
soy, corn & potato - in a dedicated facility. You can buy online here.
Meister's Gluten Free Mixtures sells four flour
mixtures. All contain at a minimum: white rice
flour, sorghum flour, tapioca starch, soy flour,
corn starch, and Xanthan Gum. Buy online here or at Amazon.
The Pasta Wench has added gluten-free fettucini
to their line of frozen pastas. In five flavors. Sold online here.
Quaker Rice Cakes are now labeled gluten-free.
Other rice snack products have barley malt.
Seitenbacher Natural Foods has a line of nine
gluten-free snack bars. Some are energy bars.
Some have chocolate. Some are fruit based. All
are high in fiber. Buy at Amazon.com.
Snikiddy sells potato-based snacks formed as
fries and cheese puffs. Each in four flavors. You
can buy online here or the puffs at Amazon.
