I want to thank everyone for their help. As you can see by some of the answers that I have included, the answer to my question is all over the place. I am going to make some calls about the one I was prescribed to see if I can find out anymore. The pharmacy put their label all over everything so I can't make out the manufacturer or anything.
Thanks again, if I find out anything new I will let you all know.
Linda in Pa.

I don't know if Fluticasone is GF or not, but we definitely have to use only a GF spray. Nasal secretions (and anything you spray in your nose) flows down into your throat, then into your stomach.

If you need a nasal spray, there is something in your diet that you are reacting to. Did you give up dairy & Soy?

Yes, the fluid can run down the back of your mouth - part of the natural
draining of your sinus.

I have been using this spray but right now can't remember how (or if) I
checked on the GF status. I may have called the manufacturer but sometimes
I worry that I'll start to think it's GF and not check. If I think of how I
determined that it was GF, I'll write back.

Yes, I got sick from nasal spray last year and my daughter in law
figured out the culprit NASONEX made in Singapore, Debbie

I don't have any specific answer except to say that I am a diagnosed VERY SENSITIVE celiac and I have used this particular spray for over 10 years. It has helped me tremendously. I use it every day.

Yes. Be very careful. A friend attended a GF conference with me and one of the speakers mentioned problems with generic brands of Flonase nasal spray not being GF. My friend had just been switched to the generic Flonase and was having digestive problems again after years on the GF diet. She went back to brand name and was fine again. So yes, it does matter. For info on gf medications (USA), check http://glutenfreedrugs.com

Neither Flutacasone nor Flonase are GF, according the manufacturer.
Nasonex and Omnaris are reported to be GF by the manufacturer.
Nasacort AQ is not GF, tho' the manufacturer states that gluten has been measured and is not detectable.
