The ARCP590 software allows you to store memory data, menu settings, and
other rig parameters for the Kenwood TS590 HF transceiver, so that if you
should have to re-set the rig someday, the data can be written back to the
radio in a matter of seconds. The software also does other rig control
functions as well, which I've yet to fully explore.
The wave files we've been discussing accompany the N3FJP logging software,
and are useful for making sure you are entering data into the correct field
for a log entry.
