Their loaner program is scaled back since they have had to reduce help due
to money. I was never able to get anything from them I don't think they
get much stuff with speech capability. I believe you have to be a member
for most of the good help. Dues are $10 a year, $100 lifetime. . Their
lectures for the different levels of licences are great and technical help I
have liked. Also the book tapes and manuals.
