Hi Steve:

I'm wondering if perhaps I should download and install a demo of Jaws because, WE doesn't announce the text automatically.
I have to use the Jaws Curser equivelent and move around the screen to find it.
I'm also thinking that I could set the FT-450's mode to Data US/LSB for this mode.
I haven't tried it but I think the Data modes are similar to FSK, gives you a narrower bandwidth.
But before I get into fine tuning the setup, do you use Right Log for the transmitting of the info to be exchanged in a QSO?
Perhaps we might be able to get this straightened out this week some time in a 20M QSO and we can try some things.
If I should download jaws, what do I set it too to get the text to automatically announce?
