Hi, all.

This morning, I was testing out the Drake DL300 dummy load that I acquired
from a friend's junk pile last week, and found that the maximum output power
of my TS480SAT, when tuned with my manual Tentec 238A manual tuner is 86
watts. I'm using the LDG TW1 to measure the output power.

This is slightly shy of the 100 watts that the rig supposedly puts out on
maximum power.

I know that 14 watts either way doesn't make a difference in overall signal
strength, but I just wondered if this is normal.

As Steve (KW3A) says: (Inquiring minds want to know!).
