Well, after a couple of three weeks of trying, I finally heard W1AW tonight at 9:45 PM local time in Denver in the mountain time zone sending a DX bulletin. I have to tune 1.802.5 to be right where I can hear it and it has to be later in the evening. I have all the W1AW frequencies put into memory channels so I can quickly walk through all of them and check to see what the band conditions are when they are transmitting. I believe they are also on 12 and 10 meters, I haven't bothered to check their online schedule, but if they are, I haven't heard them on 12 or 10 meters. They weren't Q5 tonight on 160 but I could copy pretty well. At the same time, they were peaking 10 over S9 on 80 and about S8 on 40 meters. I could hear them on 20 meters but I couldn't copy any individual letters but they were in there. I was listening on my G5RV at about 35 feet so not bad.
Phil.
