Hi;
I suspect owning a repeater and managing one might be two different 
issues but there are at least two on this list who should remember the 
name Tim Magee.  He "owns" a repeater on 440 in Rochester.  Can't talk 
him into touching a computer but he seems to have zero difficulty in 
recruiting whatever help is needed to maintain things.
