hi all, I forgot to mention that I uploaded the 590 manual to I can work this thing last week. After downloading the pdf version from Kenwood, I discovered I couldn't save it as a text file, so I opened the pdf and selected all 90 plus pages and saved them as a text file. It does have lines of question marks, but reads surprisingly well. I have learned a lot from the manual including the contents of the menus. So if you need the manual, it's up there now.
