I could not find out if CVS brand adult low dose 81mg aspirin is gluten free. I called the company and they were no help, so I returned it. I went to Walgrens and they printed out a list for me of all their over the counter drugs that were gluten free and I purchased their 81mg aspirin brand.
One person said that Ecotrin is gluten free.
