It appears as if Red Lobster lists crab legs & scampi as being a celiac safe 
food.  Everything else on the menu appeared to have an asterisk next to it 
indicating cross contamination possibility during preparation even though the 
item was a gluten free food.

Most of the Red Lobster restaurants I have been to all refuse to attempt to 
prepare celiac safe food.  It would be nice if they would print a gluten free 
menu.
