Has anyone found a recipe nutrition calculator that includes the new GF flours?
most seem to only have older flours like rice, soy, potato when that was all we
had for years. I'm looking for one that does things like Millet, Sorghum,
Quinoa, the new stuff thats become available over the past 5 years or so. Any
suggestions? Meal planning would be a whole lot easier if I could look at the
nutritional data. (need it to control blood sugars)
