Hello List Mates,
My daughter and I are both very sensitive (she much more than I). For the last six years (since diagnosis) neither of us has been able to find a gluten-free oat that we can tolerate. I understand that many of us have the same issue. I’m doing some research on a different species of oats that has a very low allergen level. But I’m wondering if anyone has had any luck with GF oats. We’d love to know.
