Just wanted to check and see if we have anyone in this group who has had a lot of experience baking gluten free bread.
I am having problems with the top crust flaking off. No matter what changes I try, it just doesn't seem to work. Add more liquid, reducing liquid.
I appreciate all the help I can get!
