A conference style event with a series of presentations throughout the day
designed to raise awareness of and educate about gluten intolerance.
Attendees are encouraged to bring sack lunches and spend the day. Other
activities include an on-going hospitality room with a silent auction, gluten-free
book sale, BGIG reference table and DVD showings.
At 6:30 p.m. a panel discussion "Gluten Free: Fad or For Real" will be
held.
