Wheat: A New Understanding of Wheat Allergies, Celiac Disease, and 
Non-Celiac Gluten Intolerance. 
 Guests to either of these  
special presentations will be introduced to how and why people react to 
wheat and gluten, and the numerous symptoms (over 200!) that can be 
associated with gluten intolerance.  Also discussed will be the various 
tests available to determine intolerance.  In particular, Dr. Wangen 
will focus on non-celiac gluten intolerance, a highly underestimated 
condition.   
 Healthier Without Wheat is a comprehensive guide 
written to help you simplify the complex world of celiac and non-celiac 
gluten intolerance. This thorough, yet easy to read book will give you a
 better appreciation for the wide range of issues and symptoms related 
to gluten intolerance, and provide insight for screening and diagnosing 
this now common condition. An excellent resource for anyone new to wheat
 intolerance's as well as those experienced with living wheat-free.
