Gluten-Free Living's Fall Issue is out

The new issue of Gluten-Free Living is now available on store shelves. And
we are sold in more stores than ever, including some Target and Publix
locations.

You don't want to miss this issue.

It is packed with information on the possibility that the very gluten-free
grains you rely on might be contaminated by gluten. Contributing Editor Anne
R. Lee, one of the researchers who studied this cross contamination, gives
her thoughts on what you should now do about grains in your gluten-free
diet.

Associate Editor Amy Ratner looks at how gluten-free grains get from the
farm to your table and details risks and precautions take along the way.
Jackie Mallorca, cookbook author and contributing editor, offers a wide
selection of whole grain recipes.

Plus there's lots more. A child psychologist and mother tells how the
gluten-free diet affected her son, who has ADHD. We also have tips on how to
cope with stress and frustration during that first crucial year after a
celiac disease diagnosis.

You will find suggestions for lunches at school, work, home and college. And
you'll learn how Bob Moore built his grain empire, Bob's Red Mill.

Wondering if you have to worry about the white powder on chewing gum? We
have the answer to that question plus lots of others about ingredients and
labels.

For subscription information go to www.glutenfreeliving.com. You will also
find a full list of stores where you can buy Gluten-Free Living. And you can
read our blog and follow us as @gfliving on Twitter.
