As Christopher has mentioned, Textpal has been superceded and replaced by EdSharp which can be downloaded at this link:

Edsharp is an updated and more robust program than Textpal was.  I still keep Textpal on my pcs and use it along with Edsharp.  The one area which I prefer Textpal is that, for me at least, I prefer how it unpacks and displays certain pdf files which I retrieve regularly.
