Hi all,
I’m using my mac mini, running os 10.9 Maverics.
Here’s the problem. I have a file named Harry’s medical care wishes.docx. I copied it from my thumb drive into my hard drive on the Mac, and now the file name is Harry Brown's Medical care wishes.docx.lnk
Would someone tell me why the heck this new name is got some .lnk extension?
If I try to correct this name, it is all garish when I open the file.
All my other .docx files read perfectly in text edit.
I don’t know what I’m gonna do. Folks, this is the most important file I have on this darn computer.
I can read any other .docx file on this Mac, but not this one.
Harry
