I am not sure which version of the software I have, think the latest, also
WindowsXP Home, public folder.
I go into the folder, press my applications key to open the applications
menu, then the letter l. I then ctrl-v the link to send, job done.
as for receiving files, I simply use ctrl-u to access the link, file
downloads usually no problems.
Note I am not using a regular program for email, but Fortae Agent, so ctrl-u
is an Agent command to access the url.
I can usually access a link to send within a very short time of putting the
file into my public folder, probably no more than about two minutes, no
matter how large the file.
I have a paid-for account which may make some difference to the freedom I
have to access the system.
