Well, isn't it odd that after all these years I finally decided to ask
FS for some help sorting out how to access Table of Content links in
MS Word docs.  The solution is simply to access the Quick Keys feature
in JAWS which then gives me access to the Headings by pressing the
letter "H" until I get to the spot I want to get to, or to bring up
the list of links using Insert F7 then using first letter command to
get there.  Oh, and to get to Quick Keys function Canadians will use
Insert plus the letter "Zed", and Americans will use Insert plus
"Zee".
