Hi Leslie,

You probably already did this but I would check the deleted items folder.
Perhaps a rule got set up somehow that sends these emails directly to the
deleted folder rather than to the junk folder. Good luck.

Sherry Wells

Subject: [VICUG-L] Hidden Email

I am having problems locating emails from a specific individual. I know I
receive them since the sound for a new email is played. I checked the junk
email folder, but they are not there. The emails have been sent several
times. Besides checking the inbox and the junk email folders, where would
the emails be? The rest of the folders are the sent, draft, deleted, etc.
I am using Windows Mail. Thanks.
