I wish for the day when you won't have to worry, wonder, or do research
about what is accessible. You'll just go into the store and buy a TV,
phone, washer, stove, etc. just like anyone else. That's why I like
Apple. I can just go into an Apple store, and I know that no matter what
I get, it will be accessible out of the box.

Thanks for this.
I stand by my point that it would be nice if vendors marketed what they
have done for accessibility so that I do not have to poke through
eleventy-sixty-seven random links and search engine results. Rather than
sob stories about why vendors cannot comply, put out what they do.
In many cases, my impression, even if the performance is only mediocre
people will be so delighted to have anything without having to look for
it....
But I will definitely also check out your blog.

The new Nexus 7 2013 runs Android 4.3. It includes voice input
(dictation, voice actions (e.g., Open the Play Store), TalkBack (the
Google screen reader), system-wide large text, and screen magnification.
If you're using TalkBack, Android 4.3 finally (yay!) also includes text
selection in edit fields, and if you try the current TalkBack beta, 4.3
has button labeling as well.
