I see where you are coming from.  

I wanted to comment on something that was mentioned earlier.  It is 
frequently cited that ADA is the law; and it is.
However, just because something is the law today doesn't mean it will be 
in the future.
Laws can and are amended, changed, overfuled or revoked by new legislation 
and court decisions.
So you cannot rely on the notion that ADA is the law.
And if the original intent of the law is usurped, greater is the chance 
for repeal.
