Hi all,
another Mac question. I've had my Mac since Snow Lepard. I've installed
some apps on my own, including the update to Lion. the problem is that,
as of a few months ago, I've had trouble entering my Apple password.
Whenever I type it in, Alex tells me it's wrong.
So I went to the Apple store to find out if I was misremembering it. The
genius told me it was fine, and at the store, I entered it to have him
remove a user account, so I know that I've got the right password and
that it works.
but when I come home, it doesn't work. The only thing I can think is
that, at the Apple Store, the genius put focus in the password field for
me, but at home I move focus there myself. At the Store, I heard the
password clicks as soon as I started typing, but at home, I hear them
after I type the second character.
Any ideas about what's going on? I'm still on Lion because I discovered
this problem when I tried to upgrade to Mountain Lion.
Thanks
Ciao
