This is one of those things I have to rediscover every time I need it,
but you can save a PowerPoint file as rtf using the usual Save As
command. While most of the presentation is converted to text, not
everything is. some of the tables, etc., that were text don't get converted.
Since I don't have a presentation on my system to test right now, I
Googled and found these instructions. The part I always forget is that,
when you're scrolling through the list of file types, RTF is listed as
Outline/RTF, so I generally pass over it a couple of times before I
remember or hear the whole thing.
