A question about WindowEyes 7.11 and Word 2000

I installed WindowEyes 7.11 on my desk-top computer.  I needed it to 
access IE 7.0.

Now, when I try to open a file in MSWord 2000, WE will not read down 
the file list.

I called GWMicro and they suggested that I install the service packs 
for my version of MSWord.  I did that, but I still can't read the list.

Do I have to buy MSWord 2003, or is there another solution?
