You could easily do this using cygwin.  However, I think it would be 
serious overkill to use cygwin for just this one purpose.  For those not 
familiar with cygwin, it is essentially a linux style shell for Windows. 
I use it primarily for ssh connections to unix machines, but definitely 
get a lot of use out of it on the Windows box itself.
