Our guest on Tuesday, June 2, 2009 at a little after nine PM will 
be
Michael McCarty who is not only President of the local ACB 
chapter but
is also a person who knows a good deal about some of the devices 
and
services available from the American Printing House for the Blind 
where
he works.  We will get a chance to hear about Fred's Head, new 
things
about the Braille Plus, and, perhaps, a little about the Braille 
display
that APH is selling.  I know you may have questions for Michael 
and I
hope you will join us to ask them.  I am looking forward to find 
out
what a person named Michael knows about the head of somebody 
named Fred.
Of course I want to know about other new and intriguing things 
that are
happening at APH as well.  Now here is some more information 
about how
to find us and what to do after you have succeeded in doing that.


Using a web browser, go to

There you must either download a small application if this is 
your first
time there, or go on to enter the room.  The next screen has a 
spot for
you to input your real name and a password.  Ignore the password.  
Just
enter your name and press enter.

The new room looks a lot different from the old one.  Please take 
some
time and explore particularly the help menu and its accessibility
submenu.

If you cannot join us tonight, please listen starting next Monday 
at
8:00 p.m.  eastern to hear this program on the mainstream channel
