Yes, you can be at different levels of Ketosis. Atkins recommends less than 20g of carbs a day. But depending on activity level, amount of fat, amount of protein and total Kcal you can be in mild ketosis on as much as 90 grams a day. If you have heard of Medifast, a commercial weight loss product, that's how it works. I know a nutritionist who used to work for a Medifast franchise.
