Regarding allergies and paleo, it was a lot of trial and error for
myself. I remember eating quite a bit of fruit (@ 3 pieces a day) and
I had itchy, watery red eyes, sinus congestion, etc (even though I was
eating strict paleo).

It went away almost immediately the next day when I dropped the fruit.
I remember reading some information awhile back from Lyle McDonald (he
was the ketogenic diet guru back then) and he had research that the
immune system was supressed on a ketogenic diet.

So, you might try lowering your carbs or fruit, and see if that gives
you any relief? There was a woman on my ketogenic diet list many years
ago, who had to take all kinds of allergy medications in the summer,
and didn't have to when she ate very low carb.

Anyway, just my personal experience. :-)
