Dave:
Well, I have checked various sets of options, and have yet to find anything
that indicates a choice for HTML options in Outlook Express.
Will keep looking, or perhaps others can point me in the right direction.
Thanks, and 73 from Tom Behler: KB8TYJ

Tom,
I no longer use Outlook Express, but in Outlook, whether or not you
can activate a link depends on whether it is in plain text or HTML format.
This is a setting in the email options.

Subject: Can't figure out how to get links to work Again in Outlook Express
e-mail
Hi, all.
You all might want to know that even though I have left for vacation, Murphy
apparently is following me, at least in my computer.
Actually, to be fair to Murphy, I have had this problem for a while, but
haven't figured out how to resolve it.
It used to be that if someone sent me an e-mail with links in it, I could
simply click on the involved link after opening the message in Outlook
express, and the material sited in the link automatically appeared.
Now, whenever I get e-mails containing links, I click on the link, and
nothing happens.
Is there an Outlook Express setting that I need to re-activate?
Again, I hope this isn't considered "off topic", since we do often send
ham-radio-related e-mails containing links of interest.
Hopefully, that's it for problems from me for today! (smile)
