Pierre,
To me Braille is just a bunch of dots, but if you know what it all
means, you're way ahead of me.
The short answer to your question about Digipan outputting to a Braille
thingy is "maybe". I have no idea how these things work, but here are
2 thoughts: I've thought about, but never gotten around to, putting a
JAWS frame around the RX window in Digipan to see if it improves JAWS
reading, like I do with mmtty. Perhaps there is some way to have JAWS
output the frame contents to your Braill Doo hickey. Maybe not.
The other thought is under theDigipan drop down "file" menu, there is an
option to send received stuff to a file. Again, I've never gotten
around to seeing if this RX log file can be better accessed with JAWS
or if it would even be practicle in makeing QSO's. Perhaps this log
file could be accessed by your Braille thing a ma jig.
Sorry, I don't understand what you mean by "software to drive" your
radio, but some folks on this list know that rig and may have some
thoughts for you.
