I'm not finding any such bolt on this particular model.

I probably have the book for the supply around here somewhere, so will take 
a look at that if I can't find something else soon.

Hi Tom,
I used to have a 35 amp Astron power supply and it seems to me that the
grounding lug was a large bolt on the left    top corner as you faced the
front of the supply.  I hope this helps.
