Hi John,

I think the most accessible hf qrp rig is the IC703 or IC703 Plus with the 
voice synth option installed.  The plus version also covers 6 meters and the 
rigs give 10 watts output.  I think both models have been discontinued but 
you could check qth.com or ebay.
