the possibilities are quite large.
is the rig a dual band, single band, or tri band model?
there are multiple antennas for each possibility from multiple
manufacturers.
nearly all models of HT antennas these days come in both the BNC or SMA
style.
Comit, Diamond, maldol, MFJ, jet and several others.
For best bang for your buck, i've found MFJ HT antennas work as well as
their counter parts for usually half or less of the price.
