I have been on frequency with Steve WA1RTB but have lost him.  He spoke with 
Albert in NC who I  couldn't hear, and he seems to be in contact with a few 
others  as his signal is  just above the noise at times and I can tell he is 
talking with someone.    Strange band tonight.
