I saw today that my windows 7 machine wanted to install updates.  The 
updates were windows live essentials 2011.
WARNING!!!!
Windows live mail 2011, uses ribbon bars, the standard menus are gone.  It 
can be used, but you have to use accelerator keys, and I haven't figured out 
how to find what they all are.
