Hello,
I was quite surprised & pleased to find a "Gluten-Free Recipes" book at the Stop&Shop checkout the other day; cost $3.99, includes recipes for breakfast, breads, muffins, entrees, & desserts for parties and celebrations. It's from PIL Cookbooks (www.pilcookbooks.com). The beginning of the book explains celiac disease and there's recipes for gluten free flour blends following the explanation. Though lots of the recipes include dairy, we all know lots of ways to substitute non-dairy products if we're lactose intolerant or cooking for a meat kosher meal and there's a total of 98 pages with colour photos.
Cheers,
Helen
