I just called the restaurant I was in yesterday - I asked to speak to the
manager.  He told me the employee was in error - the chicken and turkey is
gluten free.  I told him he'd better speak to his employees - they were
potentially causing the loss of customers.  He said the brisket is NOT gluten free
nor of course the meat loaf.  I'm sorry for all the confusion - after the
employee looked it up in a binder I assumed that he knew what he was talking
about.
