We'll be attending a wedding at a winery in the Columbia Valley that is
catered by Skillet Street Food of Seattle Wa. We've emailed them and they
said that they would accommodate gluten free, but the email was devoid of
detail. Does anyone from the Seattle area have any gluten free experiences
with Skillet Street Food?

Thank you in advance,

Vic-Sunnyvale, CA
