This is why I started using a tool like Revo Uninstaller from:
http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html
Version 1.93 is free.
This will run the applications own uninstaller and then it'll search
your hard drive and registry for anything the uninstaller left behind.
Use it with caution.
